Good debut for the miniseries Gli Anni Spezzati on Rai 1 Ended last night the first two episodes of the new series Gli anni spezzati, produced by Rai Fiction with Albatross.
From January 7, the trilogy, directed by Graziano Diana, is inspired by three emblematic figures in the history of Italy in the 70s, who left an indelible mark on the collective memory of the country: Commissioner Luigi Calabresi, Judge Mario Sossi and an imaginary executive of Fiat. A trilogy in six episodes, two episodes for each story, for three weeks: Il commissario, Il giudice, L'ingegnere. "44 years since the massacre of Piazza Fontana is the right time to look back", said the director Graziano Diana.
Emilio Solfrizzi is Luigi Calabresi, Alessandro Prezioni will be the judge Mario Sossi and Alessio Boni will be an imaginary executive of Fiat.
"We are telling the period of terrorism and the emblematic figures of the dark history of those years, who have kept their faith in republican institutions and helped to preserve them", said Alessandro Jacchia of Albatross production. "The project took six years to be realized because the issue is delicate and we tried to address it with rigor and balance".
Il Commissario is the first story broadcast by Rai 1 on Tuesday and Wednesday, Jenuary 7 and 8: two episodes about Luigi Calabresi, Commissioner-in-chief of Public Security, murdered by terrorists in May 17, 1972.
The first episode of Il commissario achieved a very good audience share of 18.66% with 5.141.000 viewers. The second and last part achieved also a very good audience share of 17,44%, with 4.629.000 viewers.http://www.formatbiz.it/post.php?id=892
